Small Group Yoga - January

Lost in Zoom yoga or need to start your practice? This 4 week semi-private series is open to 5 participants in person only!  Private Small Group Yoga is open to anyone looking to learn more of the base postures, yogi's tired of Zoom classes and advanced practitioners in need of a brush up!  During this session you will receive hands-on assistance and personal alignment corrections to suit your body and the perfect opportunity to ask questions. Often this level of detail cannot be addressed during an open class, a private session could be the opportunity to help deepen your yoga practice. Here is what you need to know: *Advanced Registration Required *Only 5 participants accepted *Sessions are 1 hour a week for 4 weeks *No refunds, transfers or extensions for missed sessions *Cost is $95 for 4 week session
